OpoFit is for fitness and nutrition tracking. It is not medical advice.
Not a medical device
OpoFit does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Numbers in the app, such as calorie and macro targets, nutrition data and progress trends, are for general tracking only and may not be accurate or right for you.
Talk to your clinician first
Talk to your doctor or other qualified clinician before you change your diet, exercise or medication. This matters even more if you take a GLP-1 medication (such as semaglutide or tirzepatide), are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or have a history of disordered eating. Never stop, start or change a medication because of something you see in OpoFit or hear from a coach.
Coaches are not clinicians
Coaches on OpoFit are independent trainers and nutritionists. They are not OpoFit employees, and they may not give medical advice or advise on medication.
Exercise safely
Exercise carries a risk of injury. Use proper form, know your limits, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.
In an emergency
If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number right away. OpoFit and its support team cannot help in an emergency.
