Coach Agreement

1. You are independent

You are an independent professional. You are not an employee, agent, partner or contractor of OpoFit, and nothing in this agreement creates that relationship. You set your own methods and your own prices, and you are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, certifications and any licenses your work requires.

2. No medical advice

• You will not give medical advice, diagnose or treat any condition, or present yourself as a clinician.
• You will not prescribe, recommend or adjust any medication, including GLP-1 medications. Refer clients to their clinician for anything medical.
• You will not include steroids, prohormones, or any substance banned by law or by major sports anti-doping bodies in any plan or advice.
• You will tell clients to talk to their clinician before big changes to diet or exercise.

3. Client data is confidential

• You will see a client only after they link with you, and only what the app shows coaches. Use it only to coach that client.
• Keep it confidential. Don't copy it out of OpoFit, share it, sell it, or use it for marketing, and don't try to access data the app doesn't show you.
• Never share, screenshot or repost a client's progress photos.
• When a client unlinks, your access ends. Delete anything you kept about them outside OpoFit.
• Tell us at support@opofit.net right away if you think client data was exposed.

4. Conduct

Treat clients with respect. No harassment, no sexual content, and no pressure tactics. Messages and photos are for coaching only.

Clients under 18. You may coach a client aged 13 to 17 only when they joined OpoFit through your team or your invite code. Don't contact or recruit minors any other way. Photo check-ins are off for clients under 18, so don't ask a minor for photos by any other means.

5. Payments from clients

Any payment between you and a client happens outside OpoFit and is between you and the client. OpoFit is not a party to it, does not process it, and is not responsible for refunds or disputes.

6. The coach plan

• The coach plan costs $79 per month, plus any applicable tax.
• It is billed on the web, monthly, in advance, and renews automatically.
• You can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid month.
• We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice before your next billing date.
• New coach accounts start as pending. Coach billing opens soon, and accounts are activated when it does.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close a coach account, with or without notice, if you break this agreement, if a client reports a credible concern, if payment fails, or if the law requires it. You may close your account at any time. Sections 2, 3 and 5 continue after your account ends.

8. Liability

You are responsible for the advice and plans you give. You agree to defend and hold harmless OPORX LLC from claims arising from your coaching or your breach of this agreement. The disclaimers and limits of liability in the Terms of Service apply to you as well.

9. Governing law and changes

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. We may update it; if a change is material we will email you before it takes effect.
